Scheduled, same-day appointments for illness:
At this time, all those with scheduled, same-day appointments for illness are asked to please remain in your vehicle and call the office. A staff member will come out to greet you. You will be escorted into an exam room when one is available.
Well-child physicals:
Per American Academy of Pediatrics recommendations, routine health care for children is considered an essential in-office visit. We ask that you wear your mask and (if age appropriate) your child wear a mask to the visit.
Video (Telemedicine) Visits:
General health follow-ups, behavioral health visits, and medication follow-up appointments may be done via telemedicine (video) visits as appropriate. The office will call you to schedule. You will need a smart phone to participate in these calls. These video visits are subject to your insurance.
Telephone Visits:
The doctors at Westside Pediatrics will also offer phone advice and guidance. These phone calls are considered valuable medical care and are subject to your insurance.
Westside Pediatrics is a clean and safe environment. We are doing everything we can to protect our patients, families and staff. All staff are required to be masked at all times. The office is thoroughly cleaned with CDC-approved disinfectants at the end and the beginning of each day. We are all in this together, we want to make sure your experience in our office meets your expectations.
Thank you for your flexibility and understanding during this time. For more information, please review our updated COVID-19 Announcement.
